Shipping Policies

General Policies

  • Fulfillment time is 1-2 days on average.

  • In the event that sold items are not in inventory a full refund is issued for that item only or a comparable item may be selected at buyers discretion.

  • Shipping cost overages are refunded to the customer via payment method used at check out. You will only pay actual shipping +/- 10%

  • Chareco Sew uses calculated shipping at check out. Items are calculated by dimension and weight to fit into the most appropriate box. 

Machines

  • New machines are shipped in manufacturers packaging. New machines are insured for their full retail value. 

  • Used machines are shipping in double walled boxes lined with 1" hard foam with void space filled with a combination of expanding foam bladders, and rigid packing materials. Used machines are insured for their replacement value. 

Tables 

  • Tables are shipped UPS ground with and fully insured
  • Lead time on tables is 10-14 days from time of purchase unless otherwise noted. 

  • At this time international shipping is not available on table kits.
