In an effort to make your shopping experience as positive as possible, Chareco Sew works diligently to accurately represent our products through the descriptions on product pages. 

If you have any questions about our offerings please feel invited to send an email through the contact portal before making a purchase. 

Returns

Due to the tiny scale of Chareco Sew, we are unable to offer refunds on any products meeting the following criteria:

• Items in sealed packaging which have been opened 
• Items which have been modified or damaged in any way
• Mechanical parts which have been installed on machinery
• Thread which has had labeling or cellophane removed
• Machines which have been unboxed 
• Special order products such as Tables, Yarn, or Machinery. 

A special note about our 600D Rayon Threads

Chareco Sew is aware that our 600D rayon is extremely slippery and can unravel from the spool very easily if not handled with care. 

We have done our best to communicate that product loss is an inherent risk when purchasing this item. 

As of 9/15/25 every spool is packaged in a protective thread net which we suggest installing when the spool is not in use.
