How it Works

We are happy to receive and repair sewing machines from all over the world. The best way to get the process started is to contact us via email with a written description of the issues at hand.

Due to limited availability of replacement parts for these machines we are not able to take on every single job. So good communication is imperative from the start.

Shipping

You can choose to package and ship your machine with your own materials, or we can send you a box with custom hard foam clam shell for shipping. The customer pays all shipping charges, and is required to insure all packages for the full replacement value of the contents.
