Repair Policies

• All items are shipped USPS Flat rate with $100 shipping insurance unless otherwise noted.

• Fulfillment time is 1-2 days on average.

• In the event that sold items are not in inventory a full refund is issued for that item only or a comparable item may be selected at buyers discretion.

• Shipping cost overages are refunded to the customer via payment method used at check out. You will only pay actual shipping +/- 10%

We charge a $30 bench fee for the inspection of all machines. If we determine your machine is catastrophically damaged, or impossible to find parts for the bench fee covers our technicians labor. This charge is folded into the cost of a completed machine tune up.

We promise transparency in the needs of your sewing machine. Upon inspection if any parts totaling more than $20 are needed, we will contact you for permission to move forward.

Our goal is to have your machine repaired and ready for pick up within 7-14 days of drop off. Most machines which do not need parts can be completed in 7 days or less.

Return Policies

Due to the small scale of our business we are able to offer refunds on very few orders

We are not able to issue refunds for any items which have been used, modified, or damaged by the purchaser.
